Come on lady, you never mention anything about fashion blog and you kno with. The only question you asked was if you could take a picture for me, like many people did that night. People asked to take pictures with me at NY and we were all in good spirits having a great time. I really don’t have any problem taking pictures with people at Sin city as long as the images are for their personal joy and collection. You have never told me anything about using in your fashiop blog, nor have I never give you permission to use it for commercial purpose. You may have permission to take pictures in Sin City. But you DO NOT have my permission to use my images. That’s the end of discussion.

Hm, I would disagree with that… for the most part, roving club photographers and authorized press do not require signed waivers, merely verbal consent. The photo is for illustrative reporting purposes only (it does not mention your name or say anything slanderous about you). I made my best effort to tell every person I photographed that the photo was for a fashion blog – but perhaps it was too loud in the club and the message wasn’t conveyed? In any case, I don’t want there to be bad feelings- how about I blur your face out?

It is the top roll center picture. I am wearing all white. My concern is you may have taken my pic and shown it to me, but you did not inform me that it would be posted to the internet as public property. If you intended to post anyone’s picture to the internet, you are required to have a waiver signed by the photo subject.
