		<description>It&#039;s a long, plastic tray with 2 layers... you add a layer of rice and fillings, then put a layer of rice over top, then squeeze and press out the whole thing... it forms a perfect rice roll, which you can then wrap in nori. Pretty neat, but I&#039;ll stick to my bamboo mat!</description>

		<description>I love making sushi but have never seen one of the devices you were using, just stick to an old bamboo placemat. I think the market would have made me a little queezy being vegetarian but definately seems an interesting experiance.</description>
