Have you seen the hilarious Asian Poses website? So true, so true. I decided to give the infamous “point finger to puffed cheek” pose a go…
Tank top: Black Peace Now. Got it at Closet Child Shinjuku for something like $10. I love the skull in a cone and Engrish: “The fear ice cream comes out.”
Tulip cameo leather bracelet: my favorite new piece from Victorian romantic Gothic jewerly designer Yifat Aharoni (check out her Etsy store). I love the composition and the easy Velcro closure — I’ve gotten so many compliments on it!
Makeup: outlined with a dark purple eye pencil, then highlighted with bright blue shadow from Medusa Makeup. Lipstick is Cakewalk color creme from Aromaleigh. The sparkly black stickers (spade, zigzag, star) are from Tokyu Hands.
Nyah, nyah! Heart this hairstyle… wish it could stay like this permanently.
You may have noticed that I love to wrap a long strand of pearls around my wrist. I love the elegance of the spheres, worn in a loose, layered fashion. Did you know the finest brand is a Japanese one: Mikimoto pearls? In the early 20th century, Mikimoto developed a special technique for producing spherical cultured pearls. The industry boomed in Japan, and today, Mikimoto pearls are synonymous with class and quality. V-fingers!
