Japanese bread is usually so white that you start wondering if it was made out of flour, or perhaps something whiter. Like sugar.
I even find Swedish bread too sweet… Danish rye bread, THANK YOU. ;)
- Of course, you can always bake whole grain breads yourself. CUTE BREAD =D

Me too. I love making it myself. That's the only downside about food in Japan… there's no brown rice sushi, and it's hard to find whole grain breads unless you go to specialty bakeries… :(
