    1) Hey Miyavi, I understand that you call your audience Co-Miyavi and I was wondering…does this mean that the audience is an entity which is a part of you? If yes, when composing a songs’ melodies, rhythm, vocals, and writing lyrics – are you writing them for your pleasure and the audience’s pleasure at the same time or 1st yourself then audience?
    2) LA
    3) I talked about it for some time in my blog, noted some of my friends who love JRock about this, and am now going to paste this link on YouTube videos of Miyavi!

Well actually…I couldn’t post the url, although there are some tricks here and there – I thought the best way to spread the info was to say: “VISIT La Carmina’s blog”

I would expect them to go on Google and search “La Carmina’s blog” if they’ve never heard of you before – but to be fully honest it’s hard to visualize a visual kei fan WHO hasn’t heard of you lol.

        But yea…kiotsukete..

How’s the family? Do you still play soccer, or do you not have time for that? Any hobbies besides music? (my hairstylist in Japan was his Kohai, apparently, so I was told a lot of stuff and just want it confirmed, haha…)

    1) * Do you ever feel like “I’m so Genius!”? If so, in what kind of situation? If not, in what kind of a situation could you imagine yourself feeling that way?
    * As a child, did you earn higher grades in languages or in math/science? How well did you do in music?
    * If you were to design your own clothes, hairstyle, etc, what kind of look would that be?
    2) Los Angeles
    3) Spread by word to Jrock friends and by Twitter!! ^^

    1) This was a tuff one but I would ask Miyavi:
“Many artist collaborate on tribute albums for veteran acts like Luna Sea and Boowy, is there any artist that you would be interested in hearing cover one of your songs?”

    2) LA show please! It would be a fun road trip from San Francisco down south to Club Nokia :D

    3) I tweeted your name and Miyavi, along with the link to the contest page. My twitter is connected to my myspace where I have about 3350 friends, so hopefully more people enter. It’s really interesting to read the questions other fans come up with!

lol he had answer this before.

because he wants fans to enjoy the show instead of holding the camera 24/7.

and most the clothes in his wardrobes are given by his fans & photoshoots. He just mixed and match them to get something that screams ‘MIYAVI’

    1. What keeps you awake (worries? too much coffee? the urge to write?)? What puts you to sleep (things that are boring, songs that make you sleepy)?
Your music is amazing, but some of your lyrics are just as moving. Favorite books or authors or poems?
Bonus Q: favorite drink? alcoholic or coffee?
    2. Vancouuuuuver please! Time for a Greyhound ride!
    3. Spazzed about it to everyone I know (including befuddled German TA), posted on Livejournal and youtube and facebook (whew!) … did you need links to them too?

    1) -What do you think of the current visual kei scene in Japan?
-As the creator of Neo-Visualism, can you describe what it means to you?
-Your music has reached global status, what is your secret?
-What is the keypoint to your J-glam style?
-If you were to design a Miyavi bento lunch, what food would you include and what would it look like? :D
    2)Los Angeles please!
3)Posted it as a status update on Facebook, made a twitter post about it, made a tumblr post, posted on Masa Karasu Miyavi fan page, repeatedly spammed the Cure Rock Radio chat room during J-rock talk xD, brought it up to Shion, but all he said on air was “There are some chances to win Miyavi tickets.” (=___=””), there was a Skype portion to J-rock talk last Tuesday, so I mentioned the contest in the conference call, e-mail, messaged, text messaged my J-rock/con buddies, linked it to Oshare Curry Visual Asian Community, posted as my status for MSN live and Skype, posted as Myspace bulletin, and told my school’s Japanese Club. :3

Your musical style has changed, or so it seems to me, a couple of times- why do you decide to change things? With your new family, will you be able to maintain your same career as a musician? You have been a huge inspiration for me as a guitar player- who influenced you as a child? How did you get to be so sexy, goofy, and just simply amazing? What’s your favorite type of Japanese food? Other types of food? What’s your favorite day of the week?

    1) As a former music distribution agent, journalist, and promoter, I’ve dealt with a great number of J-Artists (and W-Artists), however somehow never crossed paths with you (MyV) other than a small gig in your acoustic days. I find this interesting, and would think it has something to do with your avid jumping of labels and the like. How do you decide where to go for representation, and what are your own personal requirements of a label? I guess I’d ask you in Japanese if this were in person, but since it’s for the sake of the page, Eigo de gogo.
I would also like to ask: The West is accepting your revolutionary wave of NeoVisualizm, even more than it did your predecessor (well, Westerners often alike you two that is), Hide tried, however wasn’t met with the open arms and success that you are. What do you attribute this to, and how did you expect to be accepted prior to your first foreign shows? I would note that you have an all Japanese line up, where as Hide went with those Zilch guys, among others. You also have a rather strong library of songs with English, however your Japanese songs seem to be the most popular abroad: What do you think of that?
Lastly, I am curious: How did things pan out with Gackt?

    2) Vancouver baby, I’m the only eng><jpn journalist/etcman in the city and it would be neat to see you here considering that I lived in Japan so much of my life but was busy with other artists (my loss).

    3) I've posted this on my private Facey, for all my friends to see, on my mixi & gree (Japanese SNS, for ppl that are wondering), and would realtime tweet the results and/or the event. I even thought about maybe making a video of sorts if you'd let me show you the kewl parts of this city! annnnnnd, I'd put our photo on IMDB.com, which is a little more publicity for ya :)

We both know either party would give a very political answer; thing is I’d put my yen on MyV’z answer being funnier and closer to the truth “_”
