OVERSIZED LADIES FASHION SUNGLASSES, CREPE SCARF, RAINBOW HAIR EXTENSIONS & DOLLY BOW HEADBAND.

Whether it’s summer or winter, I’m fanatical about protecting my vampire-sensitive eyes. Bring on the sunglasses — preferably oversized, and reminiscent of golden age Hollywood. Sunglass Warehouse sent me this pair of oversized celebrity frames with a square-ish shape and contoured metal temples. Aren’t they dramatic? The sunglasses come in several colors, and the lenses provide UV400 protection from the sun.

In addition to the Katie crinkle scarf (featured in this post), Affordable Scarves kindly sent me this Shane Tie Dye Scarf. Lightweight, tri-colored and with a slight ruffle — I’m not sure which summer accessory I like better!

My clothes are the same as in this post (I was heading to two events that day). I added a velvet hair bow from Spank and a vintage brown brooch to clip the scarf in place.

I got these light rainbow clip-on hair extensions for a steal. They’re good enough to add a fun burst of color. However, if you wear extensions that are meant to look real, I suggest going for the highest possible quality.

Here’s a better photo of my DIY nail art. Daiso’s nail art polish is the best: the quality is amazing for the price ($1 per bottle), and the brushes have a fine tip, making it easier to paint intricate designs. Basil Farrow seems to approve.

I’ll be sporting these sunglasses on my Seattle road trip to see D’espairsRay! (Full review and photos to come, of course.) What type of sunglasses do you wear? Brand or no-brand?
