PIERCED GOTHIC KITTENS: GOTH SCOTTISH FOLD CAT WEARING EARRINGS & JEWELRY.
Reader Ryan sent me a link to a shocking article about a woman who tried to sell “Gothic kittens” on eBay. The Pennsylvania pet groomer put piercings in their ears, necks and tails – and included a submission lead that could be clipped onto the neck ring! Thankfully, the SPCA saved the kitties and the sadistic peddler will be charged.
Mommy would never do such a thing to her Scottish Foldy, even if he had ears for piercing! Instead, she’ll rely on Photoshop CS3 to Goth him up. The accessories are by Japanese designer Suppurate System.
It takes a lot of remover to cut through Goth kitty makeup… In this new video, Basil Farrow gets his ears, face, and fat feet cleaned!

Im sry but when I heard you say basil I was totally reminded of Fawlty Towers,a bbc show starring john clease,the show is hilarious,bc the lead character john cleese plays is named basil,so when his character gets into trouble the characters wife calls his name in a funny way,yeah went to the left field on this one,lol

And also, there was a man in Nj who was recently arrested for killing 19 cats

I saw the article on the gothic kitten animal abuse thing on another goth site. That was dreadful. I couldn't really think of anything else to say about it without frothing at the mouth.
I do love the photoshopped kitty with the different outfits, they're quite the nice addition to the rest of the site. As a scottish fold does Basil need to have his ears cleaned often–more often than other breeds?–I have owned a multitude of cats and only one needed her ears cleaned with any regularity. Propensity for ear mites.
I have never had the joy of a scottish fold in the family, however.
Scottish Folds are pure joy! Basil's vet told me to clean his ears regularly because the fold makes it more likely for dirt to accumulate… so I found these fantastic ear swabs (which look like giant Q-tips) from Daiso!
